No they are not. But they do open early enough to have a great breakfast
Great place to get home cooked meals in Two Harbors. I always take up the opportunity to get breakfast here when I can. Great food, great service, great staff. Reasonably priced.
Food and service were excellent. Great home town diner feel. Really enjoyed our breakfast for lunch.
Wonderful !!! Home Cooking / Best Breakfast in town
This place has the best breakfast in two Harbors! We come here every time we travel to the North shore. My wife's family has made this a tradition since she was young and we are doing the same. The staff is always helpful and it's worth the long wait at times. You'll regularly see others that agree waiting outside. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
Great breakfast. And great service. Our waitress was all by herself and done an excellant job. She needs a raise!!
Served a Great breakfast.. great service.. Decided to have pie for breakfast.. best decision ever.. the pie was phenomenal.
Second best breakfast I had in two harbors. Would recommend a visit if you're in the area!
Cozy with outstanding food and service. Remember to tip your server as they are friendly.
Judy's Cafe was amazing! After a long weekend in the BWCA, we were excited for some good food and this definitely hit the spot. Nice little "ma and pa" type Cafe with good prices, fantastic service and even better breakfast. Thank you for a good cap to our trip!
Loved this place! Great breakfast with a homemade feel, the toast was so dense and tasty, the caramel roll was fluffy and done just right.
Had the steak and eggs. Was absolutely amazing! Didn't over do it on the seasoning. Awesome hashbrowns. Nice quiet, and cozy. Friendly quick staff.
Let me cut right to it: If you’re in the area and you want breakfast, go here. It is very good and the service is attentive. This is the only breakfast place I’ve been to where I ended up focusing on the toast. The food is very good, but for some reason the toast (sourdough in my case) was so extremely good that it became a topic of conversation at our table.
Good value for your money. Reminds me of a small town Minnesota cafe. 😉 They have a great selection of tasty homemade pies.
Really tasty food. Walleye sandwiches were a little skimpy, but good. Pie menu is to die for. Pictured - Cherry Almond Macaroon pie. Mmm!
This is my favorite place on the shore for a homestyle breakfast! Great coffee and homemade pies and goodies daily. Older style decor but it's fine by me :)
have visited Judy's cafe a few times. every time it is the same. that good home style food!
Good service good food!
The food was fantastic, great price and awesome staff. The homemade bread definitely topped the whole experience.
Fantastic breakfast!!! They are very busy and now I know why. Great food and great service.
Food was ok. Waitress seemed crabby. Did not write down order, one of our orders was wrong. Was supposed to be chicken but was given beef. Did not want to say anything to the waitress since she was already crabby.
It had been years since my last visit. Yup still love it. My daughter was wondering what made the pancakes so good. She now has a favorite cafe.
IT WAS GREAT! GOOD WAITRESS!
Great cheese omelette topped with side of their excellent chili. Homemade sourdough toast a must. Server, Mary Beth, was happy to be there, & the local patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves. I always have breakfast here when in Two Harbors.
Absolutely wonderful breakfast. Next time we're in Two Harbors I won't miss having a meal here. Great service, great lighting, great food.
This place was amazing! Very creative ways of serving breakfast all day. The service was stellar and that was with only one person waiting tables. Food was delicious and the pie was even better! I personally thought the pie was better than Bettys pies down the road and not as crowded. Would definitely go back!
Pie's are decent but I would not advice getting any of their beef. Slow cooked beef and French dip meat are dry and taste freezer burnt. Mashed potatoes are definitely from a box and peas are frozen peas. Fries came out cold. Service is also a bit lacking. Only got one refill of their tiny glasses. My glass was empty the whole time I ate. The waitress was either having a bad day or just not great at her job. Cannot recommend to anyone with a good conscious.
My husband and i and my friend went to Judy's cafe for the first time today and the Food was wonderful and we will go back again loved it had to buy some cinnamon rolls to bring home
This place is OUTSTANDING. We ordered for a family of four and literally every single item was delicious and the portions were very generous. And then there’s the pie. Not enough stars to rate the pie. Stop in and check this place out!
Food was amazing which is the only reason for 2 stars. The service is where you lost us. She was wearing a Nirvana shirt, definitely needed a more supportive bra, and just had a loose ponytail so her hair was not actually contained enough for food service. The server was only really serving regular customers. She was completely oblivious to us. We had to get our own straws, and both of us had to flag her down when we needed refills. There was no reason for her to be that oblivious to us since she only had 6 tables
Perfectly executed basic(-ally amazing) diner breakfast. Keep an eye out for the infinite hash browns). +0.5⭐ for after-meal cig porchSourdough bread is boss
Great home-style cooking. Reasonable prices, great service, easy to access.
Great staff and excellent food. We were coming back south and we’re going to stop at Betty’s pies. But as usual it was very busy, so we moved on. This place had a really good lunch for us, and the pies were just as good as the ones at Betty’s, if not better.
Excellent food. Large portions and reasonable prices. Service from the waitress initially seemed a bit cold, but then her attitude and attention improved as the meal went on. They have a small parking lot which can get busy (and can be icy). They have homemade pie, which is excellent. They serve all day breakfast. Omelet was good and didn't seem as greasy as some other places.
Great food, fast service
Fast and friendly service. Taco omelet was good and homemade sour bread was delicious!
Great breakfasts, great coffee, great staff!
Stopped in on a Sunday morning heading back from the North shore. Small town feel. Good food and prices.
Cozy local space serving comfort food.
Yummy home town food! Needs a little bit of an update😊
Our food was amazing here! The waiters were nice and the inside looked good. The food also didn’t take too terribly long. I’d recommend going here!
Great old-school diner that fits in with Two Harbors' small town feel. The homemade bread was some of the best toast we've ever had. Good value as well.
We have always enjoyed the “home cooked” meals and atmosphere. The food is really good and the variety of pies is amazing. Definitely our “go to” place when on the North Shore.
Simple good food and portions. Worth my visit. Good service.
Went here for lunch recently and had the meatloaf special. It was great! Seasoned to perfection! The place was pretty full and only 2 waitstaff, but these two women handled it with ease! Good prices and atmosphere. We will be back!
Fresh food and home cooking.
Hometown cafe, very busy at lunch and slow service due to kitchen. Wait staff freindly and good. Food was not worth stop and price. Tasteless grilled chicken. Salad was big handful lettuce from bag cut large and 1/8 of tomatoes wedge, small handful croutons with bottled dressing in cup. Dining area very tight, hardly room to walk. Not much parking either. Suggest do fast food or go store and do picnic. People next to us ordered soup, 25 minutes to get it! They need another cook and to discover spices.
Stop in to Judy's Cafe. Service is excellent. Order what you please. Breakfast menu is Nice. I ordered a hot turkey swiss sandwhich. I heard the Reuben sandwhich was good also. Great stop for a relaxing meal.
It can get a bit busy, but the food is so worth it. Pancakes were amazing and the food portions are generous, especially given the price. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for a good breakfast place while staying or passing through the North Shore area.
Had a nice dinner here, they were very good about social distancing, the waitress was something to watch she was the only one working the floor, waiting tables, busing tables, answering phones, and running the till, all very effectively. Would stop again if in the area.
Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommended
